HOWDY, Y’ALL!

We’re Ordoro, a small team based in Austin, Texas, building ecommerce software for businesses that need shipping, inventory, purchasing, kitting, and fulfillment to work together.

Being a smaller team keeps us close to the people using Ordoro every day. The people answering customer questions work closely with the people designing, building, and improving the product. Feedback does not have to travel through layers of departments before it reaches someone who can do something with it.

We also take the time to learn how our customers operate. No two ecommerce businesses handle orders, inventory, suppliers, or fulfillment exactly the same way, and understanding those differences helps us support customers better and build a useful product.

Ordoro has been working with ecommerce businesses for over 15 years and many of those relationships have lasted for that entire time. We may be a tiny team, but there is a lot of eCommerce experience behind the folks you see here.

Massive eCommerce challenges deserve innovative software solutions.

That’s why we work closely with our customers to create timesaving features that deliver real value, everyday.

Product
Direct feedback from our customers helps shape Ordoro.
We listen closely to how customers use Ordoro and where their workflows could be better. Feedback is shared across our team and regularly considered as we plan improvements and new features.
That means the people using Ordoro every day have a real voice in where the product goes next.
Design
Our process is centered around the needs of everyday users.
Our design team works closely with product, engineering, support, and even our customers to make complicated eCommerce workflows easier to navigate.
From new features to everyday improvements, the goal is the same: make Ordoro simple to understand and easy to use.
Engineering
The people building Ordoro aren’t far away at all.
Our engineers work directly with teams across Ordoro and, sometimes, with customers themselves.
That keeps them close to the real workflows behind feature requests, questions, and problems, so they're not just building software. They understand why customers need it.
Marketing
We learn how businesses actually use Ordoro and let others know.
Customer conversations, stories, partners, and feedback give us a front-row seat to how ecommerce operations work in the real world.
We use what we learn to share useful resources, tell our customers' stories, and help businesses understand where Ordoro may fit into their operation.
Sales
We’ll tell you early on if Ordoro isn’t the right fit for your business.
Our sales team starts by understanding your eCommerce workflows, not by pushing software.
If Ordoro fits what you’re trying to accomplish, we’ll help you figure out the best way to use it. If it doesn’t, we'll tell you. We’d rather start with the right fit than make the wrong sale.
Customer Support
You’ll always talk to an actual human who really understands Ordoro.
Our support team doesn't just answer tickets. They help customers configure their accounts, learn the platform, troubleshoot workflows, and get more from Ordoro.
They also test our releases and work closely with the rest of the company, so when you have a question, you're talking to someone who knows the product inside and out.

Fact of Life: No two eCommerce operations look exactly alike.

We totally get this and pride ourselves on creating and supporting a highly flexible platform. Check out how our customers use Ordoro to connect the pieces of their operations in ways that work for them.
